The project is located on an approximately 1200sqm site overlooking the city’s harbour. It’s a 180-keys Hotel with a main restaurant, a bar, an executive lounge, meeting facilities and a speciality roof top destination restaurant. There is also a 1000 sqm casino with a separate entrance. Work on site to commence in May 2012.
