Located on a site sprawling over 120ha of Arabian Gulf seafront, the project comprises of a 420-key high-end resort hotel, 1600sqm spa, multiple F&B destinations and a 630sqm ballroom. It forms the centrepiece of a wider masterplan which includes a mosque, a souk, 120 villas &riads, a cinema, a marina centre, a water sports centre, a 20-ride aqua park and various outdoor sports facilities. In collabration with RHWL and Scape Design Associates, we created a modern Qatari style development in respect to local culture, tradition and in tune with the modern life style.
