The 120ha development is a new holiday destination for Qatari and immediate neighbouring country, UAE and Saudi Arabia; the site lies on the coastline of Arabian Gulf in southern Qatar. G1 collaborated with RHWL and Scape Design Associates to deliver the concept design:
-A Mosque
-A Souk
-A 420-key high-end resort hotel sitting at the centre of the entire masterplan which has 5 F&B destinations, conference, 630sqm ballroom and 1600sqm spa to provide a full service for the entire development.
-120 villas and riads
-A cinema
-A marina centre
-A water sport centre
-An aqua park attraction which included 20 ride, children play area, wave pool, lazy river and water display area.
-Various outdoor sports facilities
The modern Qatari style hotel acts as a connecting hub to the aqua park, souk, spa and residential area; the crescent shape created discrete gardens, swimming pool and outdoor function space.
