The client’s brief was to upgrade this existing 1960’s hotel into a 4-star offer with the inclusion of an additional 70 new guestrooms, providing 165 guestrooms overall, and upgrade and full refurbishment of all the public areas.In addition, the new hotel will include a new spa and wellness centre, re-design and upgrade of all exterior landscape areas, new children’s pool and a new multi-function room. All guestroom layouts will be re-designed with new state-of-the-art bathrooms and there will be a series of new penthouse suites with views of the surrounding parkland.
